Incredibly beautiful nice central hotel with a best possible central setting.

Absolutely gorgeous rooms, all with a good breakfast, a dishwasher and a great coffee maker.

Free breakfast offered.

Great in-house restaurant with local dishes.

Warm beverages are included in some rates.

Excellent service; amenities are new.

Reasonable value compared to other Toronto properties.

For a few guests bathrooms seemed quite small.

A few vacationers mentioned that internet was terrible.

Stunning location, beautiful staff and outstanding rooms. Lovely view, a small balcony, big bed, too. They made my stay fairly nice. Lovely hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown. Moreover, I could explore an ice hockey museum as it was not very far from the place. It offered terrific service and great food too.

Lovely location, modern interior, hot breakfast. The room was cool, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was a luxurious bathroom. Staff was willing to help, very attentive people. Location just next door to the downtown core, City Hall, union station. Relaxing hotel and amazing service.

Hotel as a whole is well priced, I loved it.

My stay was luxury, no complains at all, I would like to come again. Continental breakfast with a good choice of options. Decent location, walking distance to an ice hockey museum.
