We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was outstanding, always considerate and helpful. They quickly addressed any issues we had, like when our room wasn't made up on time. The plate of fruits and berries they sent to our room was a thoughtful touch. The amenities, decor, and location were all fantastic. The common spaces were stunning, and the hotel's location was perfect, with no distractions nearby.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The Hazelton greeted me with no fuss and fantastic greetings upon check-in. The staff was extremely friendly and made the check-in process, even with my dog, so easy. The outstanding and very courteous staff really set this hotel apart. The restaurant and in-room dining were over the top with delicious food options. I loved that the hotel accommodated young children and even had a private theater for them. The bathroom was delightful, and I appreciated the generous supply of snacks and water included in the room fee. The location was awesome, and I enjoyed lounging while having a morning coffee and people-watching.

Not obvious to find initially.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-kept rooms and a comfortable atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the spacious rooms to the amazing pillow menu. The bathroom was luxurious, with underfloor heating and even a TV! I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary snacks and water in the room. The location of the hotel in this city was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a great spot for business travelers.
